Idea -- Regional relocalization.   Will support areas where you do not have critical mass within a single town. In combined towns model, you have critical mass to spin different projects.

Planning board: Michel would like our help in town meeting in support on the planning board wind bylaw.  There is an ammendment that might strick it down, since you need 2/3 majority to get it approve.  Have a letter where we present our support without the ammendment.

AI: Leo and Yuval will draft a letter that will show our support. Due Friday April 17th.
if we can have telephone poles we should be able to get electricity from Wind farms.

Grange and GrotonLocal sponsor TLC  (Town Litter Cleanup), occurs this weekend (April 18,19th).
DEP would like us to sample the trash and see what bottles are being recycled and see which bottles and
see which ones are refundable and which ones are not (water bottles and carbonated bottles)
